Commissions can be made for personal or commercial use. Personal artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Commissioning artwork for commercial use will incur additional fees.I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is plagiarism and is prohibited.I (ninjapiratesfishy) maintain complete copyright ownership of the commissioned artworks and hold the privilege to decide to publish or feature the commissioned artworks on my social media, portfolio, or other display platforms.Ownership rights for the characters depicted in the artworks commissioned are retained by their respective owners.I (ninjapiratesfishy) should be credited if the commission is reposted to any form of social media. Do not credit the art as your own.Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may eventually be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Please give me at most 3 weeks max to complete the commission just in case something arises. I will provide updates for critical areas of progress, so that you can be assured there is an artwork in the making and give feedback if you feel it's necessary.Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.I currently only offer payment through PayPal. As I am USA based payment is to be made in USD only. As the client, you are in charge of any conversions that need to be made.Payment is to be made in half before the commission has been made, and the other half is to be paid after the commission has been finished. This is to prevent an instance where I am scammed out of my art and time by you, the client. This is also for insurance that you are going to get something in the end, as you have paid some amount ahead of time. Please be patient and understand why this is a necessary inclusion.Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission and blacklisting you. I will partially refund you and keep 50% of the total payment.Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.Small revisions (ex. colors weren't what you were looking for, small part of the lineart looks off, this character wasn't supposed to have boobs, etc) will not be charged.Large revisions (ex. wanting to change the pose after lineart has been started, any edits to the lineart after the coloring stage, etc) might be charged extra, or might be denied in the end. Please be super specific during the WIP stage if anything stands out to you.Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full resolution .png and .jpeg files. No physical product will be delivered.By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above.
