Commissions can be made for personal or commercial use. Personal artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Commissioning artwork for commercial use will incur additional fees.I own all rights to the work. Please don’t train AI on it! That’s mean.
Properly credit me if you decide to post it online. Do not claim the art is your own.I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.Be patient– please give me at most 3 weeks max to complete the commission just in case something arises.It's important that you provide visual references when necessary, as I may not accept the commission if I don't know what you want me to draw.Payment is to be made in USD only. The client is in charge of any conversions that need to be made.Payment is to be made in 2 installments: 50% before the commission has been made, and the remaining 50% after it has been finished.Any disrespectful behavior against me will result in me canceling the commission and blacklisting you. I will partially refund you and keep 50% of the total payment.Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and rough color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full resolution .png and .jpeg files. No physical product will be delivered.By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above.
